The Rig can be used from 1m (3.3ft) up to 3.4m (11.2ft) and is fully adjustable with different selectable heights every 4-6 inches in-between.
It is assembled through telescopic poles and tension d-rings.
No extra hardware or tools required!
The width at the highest setting is 4 meters, and the lowest setting is 2 meters.
The yoga swing stand comes with 2 adapter loops at the top which can be moved around so you can use the rig for different apparatuses.
