Amok Equipment Hammock Returns

We want all Amok Hammock owners to be satisfied. We are so confident you'll be satisfied with your Amok Hammock that you can try it for the first 30 days and if you're not satisfied return for an exchange or refund.

Our goal is to deliver the best possible outdoor equipment to you. We warrant all Amok Hammocks to be free of defects in material or craftsmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. If an Amok product fails due to defects in craftsmanship or materials, within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.

The warranty does not apply to ordinary wear and tear of the products, nor in the event of abuse, neglect, carelessness, using the product in any way other than is intended, replacement with any part or accessory other than original Amok parts and products, or any attempt of repair or modification unless expressly permitted in writing by Amok Equipment AS.

Be aware that this warranty is limited to the original purchaser only.

To return your Amok Equipment Hammock please fill out this return form and email happy [at] HammockTown.com with your tracking information and order number. Keep in mind, you are responsible for return shipping unless the product has a manufacturer defect.

Hammock Town is not responsible for lost packages. We recommend insuring your return packages with the carrier of your choice.

A refund or exchange will take place once the products are received and deemed in unused condition. 

Please be patient as returns take 3 to 5 days before your account is credited.
