- 1 x 5m of hanging rope with steel carabiner (used to attach to the top of your Cacoon) White or Black

Where Can I Hang My Cacoon Hammock?
From any point 2.5m above the ground that has 1.5m space from the nearest vertical surface. Or, buy one of our durable tripod hammock stands.

What Are The Weight Limits for The Different Cacoon Hammock Sizes?
Cacoons are durable and strong but there are weight limits for safety.
- DOUBLE Cacoon = 200 kg / 440 lbs
- SINGLE Cacoon = 200 kg / 440 lbs
- BONSAI Cacoon = 200 kg / 440 lbs
What kind of warranty do Cacoon Hammocks Have?
All our Cacoon Hammocks come with a 2 years warranty. Proof of purchase required.
The warranty is valid for manufacturing defaults, not for uses defaults!
Are Cacoons Waterproof?
Our Cocoon Hammocks are water repellent but unless you get the door the rain will get in.
Can I Sleep in a Cacoon Hammock?
Of course, but it’s not a tent!
Does A Cacoon Have a Door?
Yes you can buy one for $100 or $125 on Hammock Town.
Do Cacoons Come With Mosquito Nets?
If you want one, totally! You can get one in our store from $40-$45. Insect nets are only available for the Single and the Double sizes. Single bug net may is used on the Bonsai size.
Can I Take My Cacoon With Me On My Travels?
Yes.

- The Double weighs in at 13lbs (6 kg) and the bag is 33.5 inches x 7.8 inches (85 cm x 20 cm)
- The Single weighs in at 11 lbs (5 kg) and the bag is 31 inches x 7 inches (80 cm x 17 cm)
- The Bonsai weighs in at 10 lbs (4.5 kg) and the bag is 27.5 inches x 6 inches (70 cm x 15 cm)
Does A Cacoon Come With A Blanket?
Cacoons do not come with a blanket but will comfortably fit a full size blanket or a sleeping bag.
Do Cacoons Come With Cushions?
At the moment, we don’t supply cushions but be on the lookout for cacoon cushions in the near future!
